The second generation grew up surrounded by Kṛṣṇa
consciousness, and have never eaten meat in their entire lives.
They have definitely experienced a higher birth than the first
generation. Why should myself, who was born and raised in a meat
eating family, get the greatest spiritual master of all time, His
Divine Grace Śrīla Prabhupāda, and these second generation
devotees, who are obviously far more spiritually advanced than
myself, have to be forced to take initiation from some
less-than-perfect “guru,” who grew up eating meat? These so-called
gurus should be worshipping these kids, not the other way
around!
